Base Salary

$150k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Identify how a client’s architecture fits together and provide strategic and technical advice.
  • Lead solution design discussions and validate feasibility with sales teams.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into technical solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend new approaches using technology.
  • Model processes, architecture, and data structures to support client projects.
  • Develop enterprise-grade information architecture for Salesforce applications.
  • Align business strategy with technological direction.
  • Collaborate on architecture and development libraries and whitepapers.
  • Set standards for programming tools and techniques.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce products and client architecture.
  • Support project managers throughout the software development process.
  • Assign work to technical consultants and monitor performance.
  • Oversee the development and configuration of solutions to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 2 years of architecting experience.
  • Extensive background in pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture.
  • Expertise in multiple Salesforce Cloud product sets.
  • Familiarity with various areas of Salesforce and the Force.com Platform.
  • Previous experience as a consultant or developer in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ability to demonstrate integration and security design principles.
  • Experience in building a culture of engineering excellence.
  • Solid experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment.
  • Salesforce Certifications are mandatory, including Developer, Consultant, and Architect.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
