Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Build and deploy cloud solutions using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.
- Develop and optimize Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, dataflows, data integration solutions, and Lakehouses.
- Implement ETL, data modeling, data warehousing, and other data engineering solutions.
- Implement authentication and authorization using Azure AD and Identity Server.
- Design and optimize SQL Server and Azure SQL databases using Entity Framework and LINQ.
- Integrate applications with Azure DevOps repositories, pipelines, and boards for automated deployments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Apply coding, architecture, security, cloud-native development, and data engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience as a .NET Developer.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL, Azure AD, and Key Vault.
- Practical experience building and managing Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, dataflows, and Lakehouses.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including Repos, Pipelines, and Boards.
- Strong database knowledge, including MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Exposure to infrastructure as code using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep is preferred.
- Experience with NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud application security best practices is preferred.
- Experience with data analytics, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
