Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal tools and dashboards used across operations, recruiting, finance, and engineering coordination.
- Integrate LLM workflows, autonomous agents, retrieval systems, and other AI capabilities into internal applications.
- Deploy and operate applications on-premise or in self-hosted environments with attention to reliability, security, and data confidentiality.
- Gather requirements from the CEO and management team, prototype quickly, and refine products based on real usage.
- Establish lightweight engineering practices covering versioning, testing, and monitoring.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Full-Stack Developer.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade SaaS applications end to end across frontend, backend, databases, and deployment; a strong portfolio or shipped product is valued more than years of experience.
- Proficiency with modern web stacks such as TypeScript and React, Python and FastAPI or Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into applications; familiarity with agentic frameworks and tool-calling patterns is preferred.
- Experience deploying and maintaining applications on-premise or in self-hosted environments using Docker and Linux, with familiarity with security and access-control basics.
- A pragmatic product mindset and ability to work directly with users and ship quickly.
- Proficient English; French is a plus.
