Responsibilities
- Lead the design and governance of SAP solutions across multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and large-scale transformation programs.
- Define architecture vision aligned with client strategy, SAP roadmaps, enterprise standards, and cost considerations.
- Drive project execution from Phase 0 through delivery across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid implementations.
- Advise business, IT, C-suite, and senior stakeholders on transformation roadmaps, readiness, risk, and solution architecture.
- Lead solution proposals, architecture blueprints, effort estimations, deal shaping, and architecture governance for RFP/RFI cycles.
- Mentor SAP architects and consulting teams and establish architecture standards, practices, and quality gates.
- Contribute to SAP knowledge assets, best practices, reference architectures, quality frameworks, publications, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sales, or technical expertise in ABAP, Integration, Security, or Basis.
- Hands-on SAP consulting experience with a minimum of four full lifecycle SAP project implementations.
- Experience leading teams in SAP projects and exposure to at least two S/4HANA project types: Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid.
- Experience in transformation preparation or Phase 0 activities and proficiency with SAP toolchain usage or administration.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, and Cloud ALM.
- Valid SAP certification in relevant skill areas.
- Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder engagement, solution proposal, and effort estimation skills.
- Exposure to multiple SAP modules or skill areas and publications or thought leadership in SAP or industry-specific domains are preferred.
