Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship an identity search platform using TypeScript, React, Tailwind, and Node.js.
- Develop and maintain search and agentic AI systems for large-scale tabular and graph-shaped data.
- Work across data extraction, ingestion, backend storage, indexing, APIs, frontend development, and AI analysis.
- Partner with customers, mission owners, designers, and engineers to understand workflows and create product solutions.
- Help define and shape the future of the Decision Advantage product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, and AWS.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major search engine, such as Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
- Prior experience working in a user-facing product role.
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one is preferred, along with willingness to travel to visit users, collect feedback, and debug issues.
- Prior experience developing AI-native products and understanding of indexing, ranking, query parsing, and tokenization are preferred.
