Responsibilities
- Build and operate the engineering platform for efficient software development.
- Design and maintain scalable CI/CD systems and developer productivity tooling.
- Create self-service capabilities to reduce operational burden on teams.
- Improve software delivery performance by increasing build reliability and reducing feedback cycles.
- Develop automation and governance mechanisms that scale with growth.
- Partner with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
- Strong experience with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or Buildkite.
- Hands-on experience with monorepo tooling and production-grade tooling in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with GitHub's API and webhooks at scale.
- A systems thinker who designs for the whole organization.
- Good instincts around developer experience and a desire to improve CI.
