Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy and architecture for building and deploying agents using Slack.
- Design and build secure services for permission-aware access to tools and actions.
- Establish scalable patterns for connectivity and context retrieval across systems.
- Develop reusable SDKs and deployment patterns to enhance developer productivity.
- Implement governance and automation for agent lifecycle management.
- Set operational standards for reliability and secure self-service.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and product teams to shape technical direction.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on software engineering experience with production systems at scale.
- Strong fundamentals in backend and distributed systems, including API design.
- Experience building developer platforms or reusable tooling.
- Familiarity with integrating enterprise platforms like Slack.
- Ability to design secure systems that access sensitive data.
- Experience leading technical initiatives across teams.
