Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations connecting DevRev with customer environments.
- Integrate DevRev with SaaS and non-SaaS platforms through APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication architectures.
- Apply prompt engineering, fine-tune semantic search engines, and use generative AI techniques to improve agent accuracy and user experience.
- Write SQL queries, perform data analysis, and build dashboards that surface customer insights.
- Develop rapid proofs of concept, conduct live technical demonstrations, and iterate based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate with customers, engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver implementation solutions.
- Guide customers through critical workflows and help them adopt DevRev tools and capabilities.
- Work directly with customers for approximately 30% of the role and perform hands-on technical implementation for approximately 70–80%.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and building or configuring AI agents.
- Deep experience with API integration patterns, large-scale data synchronization, and event-driven or pub/sub architectures.
- Hands-on experience deploying on serverless and edge platforms, including AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions.
- Experience with data mapping, schema alignment, heterogeneous systems, logging, error surfacing, and telemetry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers clearly and confidently.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Customer-facing experience is a plus.
