Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Deliver implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Develop workflows, integrations, automations, and platform customizations using ServiceNow best practices.
- Establish CMDB governance, data-quality standards, and CSDM alignment.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposals, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Lead or manage ServiceNow transformation and implementation engagements and provide technical leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to ServiceNow practice capability development.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, emerging technologies, and industry practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Consulting, system integrator, professional-services, and large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Senior Associate: 3–6 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Manager: 8+ years of IT and ServiceNow consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, integrations, and testing.
- Senior Associate: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred and certifications in at least two relevant areas required, including CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-ITAM, or CMDB-related certification.
- Manager: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required, with CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITAM, and CIS-ITOM certifications strongly preferred.
- Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM knowledge, plus ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Manager-level experience leading transformation and implementation engagements, managing delivery teams, facilitating workshops, and providing solution advisory.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, prioritization, and people-management skills.
