Base Salary
$120k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the development and implementation of high-quality, interactive UI components from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering to iterate on user experiences, ensuring accessibility, performance, and usability best practices.
- Help define and evolve a scalable design system that maintains consistency across Gradial’s product suite.
- Develop rapid prototypes using front-end technologies to validate concepts and iterate on design solutions.
- Advocate for user-focused solutions, conduct usability tests, and leverage user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.
- Coordinate with backend engineers in defining APIs and data structures for seamless user interactions.
- Stay informed of emerging UI/UX methodologies, technologies, and trends to enhance our platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product engineering, front-end development, or a related role.
- Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, including TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to build interactive and user-friendly web applications.
- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI architectures.
- Obsessive attention to detail in user experiences.
- A deep understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
