Base Salary
$200k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from API design to monitoring and on-call support.
- Build and harden integrations with third-party ad platforms like Meta and Google.
- Evolve and modernize a production Flask + React application.
- Design and build data-rich UIs for visualizing experimental results.
- Collaborate with scientists and data engineers to translate outputs into product experiences.
- Use AI development tools to accelerate delivery and explore solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation and ensure operational health of systems.
- Review code and help set quality standards across the team.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications and APIs.
- Strong proficiency in Python and React, with experience in Flask and SQLAlchemy preferred.
- Experience working with large, established codebases and making pragmatic tradeoffs.
- Comfort with cloud-native environments, preferably GCP.
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Track record of effectively using AI development tools in software building.
- Strong product sense and excellent communication skills.
