Responsibilities
- Analyze business models, user needs, and stakeholder requirements.
- Formulate hypotheses and translate findings into product roadmaps and product-oriented backlogs.
- Develop maintainable software using architecture principles and modern patterns.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to build prototypes and MVPs.
- Automate testing and deploy software securely.
- Monitor AI decisions, quality, requirements compliance, API limits, costs, system performance, and production observability.
- Develop AI agents, orchestrate their collaboration, automate workflows, and connect enterprise data using frameworks such as LangChain and MCP.
Requirements
- Passion for technology and building products that users value.
- Solid knowledge of modern software development.
- Willingness to learn AI development and agentic workflows.
- Ability to think from a product perspective and understand users and stakeholders.
- Interest in agile teamwork and methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Curiosity, ambition, adaptability, and motivation for continuous technical development.
