Responsibilities
- Participate in product strategy and UI presentation.
- Design and implement globally available distributed cloud architectures.
- Build, maintain, and technically design UI features and commerce services for Amazon Leo.
- Contribute to customer lifecycle systems including identity, account management, provisioning, billing, payments, support tools, offers, and customer metrics.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, UX designers, AWS, retail e-commerce, networking, and security engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 3 years of experience building complex software systems.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
