Responsibilities
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and clarify scope, dependencies, and expected outcomes with Business Analysts and Product Managers.
- Translate detailed design specifications into reliable, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain business application features using approved requirements and coding standards.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to validate completed work, investigate defects, and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in design review, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance across the software development lifecycle.
- Develop or maintain installation scripts, utilities, and supporting programs when required.
- Provide technical input for internal training materials, development documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Maintain accurate project records and communicate progress, risks, and impediments to stakeholders.
- Use development tools, automation, and AI-assisted development practices to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of applicable software development experience with demonstrated technical proficiency.
- At least 2 years of specialized experience in business application or product development.
- Experience developing and maintaining applications using C#/.NET technologies.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, with knowledge of .NET Core, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database concepts, and application integration.
- Experience with software testing, debugging, source control, and defect resolution.
- Experience collaborating with Product Management, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Support, and other cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience with NoSQL, enterprise or business management applications, automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD processes, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong software development, debugging, problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
