Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship autonomous agents for document, invoice, and supplier decision processing.
Own the full stack for product initiatives, including agent logic, backend, frontend, and customer-driven iteration.
Develop procurement automation and contract visibility tooling.
Identify opportunities to expand platform value and execute them from hypothesis through deployed product.
Collaborate directly with customers to validate and refine solutions in the field.

Have 3+ years of engineering experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up with end-to-end shipped products.
Be fully proficient in spoken and written German and English.
Demonstrate strong production TypeScript skills and proficiency with NestJS and React.
Have experience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems.
Demonstrate the ability to independently take a product from zero to production deployment.
Show comfort with ambiguity and a strong track record of ownership.
Familiarity with Flutter, GCP, or Hasura/GraphQL is preferred.
Experience in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is preferred.
