Responsibilities
- Own product features end to end, including scoping, design, development, launch, and iteration.
- Build across frontend interfaces, backend systems, LLM pipelines, and data layers.
- Speak directly with customers and turn their feedback into product decisions.
- Design simple, clear UX for complex, multi-step workflows.
- Use coding agents and MCP tools in day-to-day AI-native development workflows.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant engineering experience and a strong record of shipping production SaaS features.
- Prior early-stage startup or founding experience, including independently shipping a product from 0 to 1.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Comfort working with LLMs and agentic workflows in product features and development tooling.
- Strong English communication skills and comfort speaking directly with customers.
- Based in Munich or genuinely ready to relocate.
- Background in GEO, SEO, or marketing technology is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, and ClickHouse is a plus.
Benefits
- Base salary of EUR 85,000 to 120,000 per year.
