Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack product features from concept through production.
- Build and enhance autonomous agent workflows and AI-powered data or model pipelines.
- Collaborate with the team to plan, design, and launch new capabilities.
- Integrate AI coding agents and related tooling into day-to-day engineering processes.
- Design end-to-end architectures and ship backend systems or AI features to production.
Requirements
- Have 1–4 years of backend or AI engineering experience; strong new graduates are welcome.
- Demonstrate success shipping backend systems or AI features to production.
- Have hands-on experience building agentic AI systems and understanding autonomous-agent frameworks and system design.
- Have experience integrating OpenAI models and applying prompt engineering techniques.
- Have familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and/or Firestore on GCP.
- Be a heavy user of AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Have hobby projects involving LLMs or related AI topics.
- Be comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving startup environment.
- Already be authorized to work in Germany.
