Responsibilities
- Design and implement reliable, high-performance, scalable software components for identity importing, synchronization, provisioning, and access policy management.
- Participate in major development projects, including solution design, implementation, code reviews, performance analysis, and tuning.
- Work with QA to define and implement comprehensive test coverage.
- Develop connectors for on-premises and cloud applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze and refine requirements with Product Management and partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering on development and deployment work.
- Prototype solutions to validate scale and performance.
- Provide troubleshooting and customer support by investigating bugs, reported issues, and system logs including Splunk and syslogs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience building highly reliable, mission-critical software.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java.
- Experience with data stores such as relational databases.
- Experience with one or more directory services, including Active Directory or LDAP.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and systems at scale.
- Ability to debug software.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred experience with server-side caching, asynchronous processing, multithreading, and test-driven development.
- Preferred knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, Microsoft Azure management APIs, ADFS, Office 365, or Microsoft Directory Synchronization Tool.
