Base Salary
$187k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Protect AT&T, customer, and partner products, services, infrastructure, networks, applications, devices, assets, data, and information technology.
- Lead cybersecurity projects involving strategic planning, innovation, technical proof of concepts, testing, laboratory work, and program support.
- Analyze complex security issues and perform security engineering activities to mitigate risk.
- Evaluate hardware and software security solutions, recommend purchases, and identify modifications for AT&T and managed services teams.
- Develop policies and procedures to reduce network intrusion, malware events, and vulnerability issues.
- Implement PKI, encryption, secure protocols, identity and access management, key management, secrets management, certificate lifecycle management, and cryptographic systems.
- Use Python and Bash for key rotation and vault integration, and configure high availability and disaster recovery for vault and HSM systems.
- Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response related to cryptographic systems.
- Perform work involving cyber incident response, vulnerability detection, intelligence and investigation, digital forensics, software assurance, application development and testing, IoT planning and testing, and cyber policy and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Cyber Security, Information Systems, or Applied Computer Science.
- Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments.
- Experience with encryption algorithms, secure protocols, cryptographic libraries, PKI, TLS, VPN, IPSec, and encryption of data at rest and in transit.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management, Key Management, Secrets Management, HashiCorp Vault, Oracle Key Vault, and Hardware Security Modules.
- Experience using Python or Bash for secure automation, key rotation, and vault integration.
- Experience configuring high availability and disaster recovery for vault and HSM systems.
- Experience with FIPS 140-2/3, PCI DSS, GDPR, security audits, vulnerability assessments, and cryptographic-system incident response.
