Responsibilities
- Lead architecture decisions for enterprise-scale Gemini solutions, including AI agent design, integration, security, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Define reusable AI platform patterns and standards for building and scaling AI agents across multiple teams.
- Translate business and technology challenges into scalable GenAI solutions with measurable value.
- Design agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, vector search architectures, knowledge grounding, and tool integration patterns.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, engineers, and delivery teams.
- Balance AI innovation with security, compliance, reliability, operational excellence, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions with responsibility for architecture decisions, technology standards, and platform governance.
- Proven experience architecting solutions with Gemini, GPT, Claude, or similar LLM platforms, including AI agents, prompt orchestration, and GenAI application design.
- Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector search, knowledge grounding, and tool integration patterns.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, preferably on Google Cloud Platform, including APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, CI/CD, scalability, and reliability practices.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security, IAM, data protection, compliance, Responsible AI principles, and governance frameworks.
- Ability to lead architecture initiatives, influence technical decisions, mentor engineering teams, and communicate with senior business and technology stakeholders.
