Responsibilities
- Automate tasks identified in customer managed-services delivery scopes according to approved requirements and high-level design documents.
- Participate in solution design, software development, and integration.
- Ensure delivered automation and software components function properly and meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Solve technical problems using critical thinking.
- Provide timely updates to affected partners about factors affecting deployed or developed automation applications.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience with Java programming, web technologies, and software development, primarily on UNIX/Linux platforms.
- Software development experience with Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Ext JS, multithreading, JIRA, BigQuery, and GCP.
- Good understanding of packet networking; development experience in networking is an advantage.
- Knowledge and skills with an RDBMS, preferably SQL.
- Academic credentials must come from recognized and accredited institutions and are subject to verification.
