Responsibilities

Build server-side web technology stacks, APIs, and integrations for various products.
Develop and enhance scalable backend processing pipelines.
Design systems that are elastic and capable of supporting millions of concurrent users.
Collaborate with product analysts, product managers, frontend engineers, and backend engineers on new features.
Perform unit and integration testing, participate in weekly bug bash activities, and conduct peer code reviews.
Follow and enforce Scrum/Agile practices while contributing to product and sprint backlogs.
Evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated content, analysis, documentation, and code before delivery.
Propose and participate in adopting new technologies and trends.

6–7 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor of Science/BSc or higher in Computer Science.
Experience with at least one server-side web technology, including ASP.NET, Java Spring/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
Experience designing web APIs and middleware, scalable applications, design patterns, and application logic.
Proficiency with backend frameworks such as .NET or Java.
Preferred experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET libraries, Windows services, SignalR, gRPC, WebSockets, Azure, AWS, or Google PaaS services.
Preferred experience with system-level programming, sockets, multithreading, distributed applications, or video streaming technologies and encoders/decoders.
Legal authorization to work.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills, independence, business acumen, ownership, and ability to use AI tools while validating final outputs.
