Base Salary
$183k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build automated AI evaluation tooling covering capability, cost, latency, behavior, and reliability.
- Instrument token usage, seat utilization, vendor spend, and drift telemetry across approved AI tools.
- Automate AI governance through intake triage, scoring pipelines, approval routing, and policy-as-code enforcement.
- Develop golden-path templates, reference architectures, RAG patterns, agent scaffolding, prompt libraries, and evaluation harnesses.
- Administer and configure approved enterprise AI tools, including ChatGPT, Glean, Claude, and Gemini.
- Track vendor releases, recommend adoption decisions, manage configuration changes, and drive employee rollouts.
- Build medium-complexity agents and workflows for non-technical business teams while meeting governance and security standards.
- Own features end-to-end from design through production and establish scalable engineering patterns for the AI Enablement team.
- Partner with AI Security to embed detection, prevention, and required controls into the platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software or platform engineering experience, including building tools or services used by other engineers.
- Hands-on experience administering, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or internal productivity platforms in production.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python plus Go, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs, RAG, agentic frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and inference basics.
- Experience building automation, data pipelines, or internal developer tooling.
- Experience building practical AI agents, assistants, or business workflow automations from requirements through rollout and iteration.
- Experience owning features end-to-end on a small team.
- Preferred experience with developer platforms, ML platforms, or evaluation and observability tooling.
- Preferred experience managing enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Preferred experience with RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, prompt orchestration, evaluation harnesses, policy-as-code, workflow automation, and governance tooling.
- Preferred cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and experience supporting AI/ML workloads.
- Familiarity with AI risks, AI governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and media and entertainment IP or content rights is preferred.
