Base Salary
$99k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solution architectures and strategies for clients’ business problems and needs.
- Apply AI technologies and methods while aligning solutions with organizational strategies, business goals, and ethical considerations.
- Build and ship working prototypes using programming languages such as Python.
- Clean, transform, and join messy real-world datasets to support application or model development.
- Develop end-to-end GenAI applications such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines.
- Identify and mitigate AI risks including hallucination, security, and bias.
- Assess solution feasibility, value, build-versus-buy decisions, ROI, and efficiency impacts.
- Work independently on complex problems and mentor or supervise team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions.
- Experience in finance, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with messy real-world data, including cleaning, transforming, and joining datasets.
- Experience using AI or GenAI tools such as LLM engineering to build or enhance applications.
- Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using Python or other programming languages.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within the facility.
