Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and enforce coding best practices for code quality.
- Lead architectural strategies supporting evolving business needs.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for seamless software component integration and delivery.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and enterprise-system integration.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to enforce coding standards and software development best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
