Responsibilities
- Define target states and architectural direction for the digital workplace and communicate them clearly to business and technical audiences.
- Connect Microsoft 365 with clients, devices, applications, meeting technology, telephony, and other employee-facing services.
- Identify needs and dependencies and create alignment among business stakeholders, product teams, security, architects, and technical specialists.
- Represent Digital Workplace in Axfood’s common architecture governance forums.
- Evaluate emerging technical opportunities and recommend which options Axfood should investigate.
- Guide initiatives from early ideas and pilots through implementation and long-term management.
Requirements
- Experience with solution architecture or a similar responsibility in a complex IT environment.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and how the components of a digital workplace work together.
- Experience creating target states, principles, roadmaps, or decision-support materials.
- Understanding of information security, identity, access rights, and data protection.
- Ability to create alignment and communicate complex architectural choices clearly.
- Experience with Intune, Citrix, or other client and application platforms is advantageous.
- Experience with generative AI, agents, or Copilot-related solutions is advantageous.
- Experience with Power Platform governance or SharePoint information architecture is advantageous.
- Experience participating in enterprise architecture forums is advantageous.
- Relevant Microsoft or architecture certifications are advantageous.
