Base Salary
$80k - $106k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated testing for REST APIs, web services, and web-based applications.
- Develop and execute quality, security, integration, UI, and deployment automation tests.
- Work with API design and development, AWS cloud migration, data design, batch processing, workflow automation, and UI testing.
- Use Selenium, Cucumber, Serenity, Python, Rest Assured, Karate, and potentially Sonar for test automation and code coverage.
- Support AWS environments including EKS, ECS, Lambda, SQS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM policies and roles.
- Create mock services and use defect tracking, logging, and observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk, and ELK Stack.
- Contribute to CI/CD build and deployment automation and manage multiple tasks in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of relevant quality engineering experience in an automated testing environment.
- Strong expertise with Selenium, Cucumber, Serenity, Python, Rest Assured, and Karate.
- Strong expertise with Java, JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
- Experience with AWS, SQL, NoSQL, Python, Kubernetes, cloud migration, API design, batch processing, workflow automation, and UI testing.
- Experience with AWS EKS, ECS, Lambda, SQS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM roles and policies.
- Understanding of QA engineering, testing concepts, defect tracking tools, and related processes.
- Experience with Datadog, Splunk, and ELK Stack for logging and observability.
- Knowledge of creating mock services and strong CI/CD build and deployment automation skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, preparation, and multitasking skills; proficiency with Agile methodologies.
