Base Salary
$200k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new interfaces for collaboration between lawyers and AI.
- Lead end-to-end UI features from design to implementation and iteration.
- Develop high-performance React + TypeScript interfaces using TailwindCSS.
- Architect reusable components and evolve the internal design system.
- Optimize frontend performance at scale.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to shape APIs and UX.
- Enhance frontend reliability and security for enterprise environments.
- Mentor peers through code reviews and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and CSS (Tailwind CSS preferred).
- Proven track record of building fast-growing SaaS products using PWA technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and experience shipping intuitive products.
- Experience in startups and scaleups is a plus.
