Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents that manage complex customer interactions and drive customer retention.
- Own AI agent work from initial implementation through continuous iteration.
- Collaborate directly with customers and leaders across finance, healthcare, and hospitality.
- Identify trends across customers to guide evolution of the agent-building platform and research efforts.
- Experiment with and evaluate the latest text and voice models.
- Integrate models at scale for large enterprise customers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency with Python and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with asynchronous programming.
- Comfort investigating system failures across deep technology stacks using any necessary tools.
- Preferred: prior experience working with multimodal models.
