Responsibilities
- Deliver Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure, including environments supporting AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
- Build and maintain production-ready, Kubernetes-based customer-facing environments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure features and deployment automation.
- Investigate support tickets and collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
- Create knowledge articles and documentation to help customers understand product use cases.
- Improve team processes and tools, including AI-driven automation for operations, support workflows, documentation, and incident analysis.
- Share technical and non-technical knowledge through internal Gravitee TechTalks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
- Fluency creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, certificate management, continuous delivery tools, and observability tooling.
- Experience with at least one of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Curiosity, commitment to continuous learning, resilience, patience, and strong attention to detail.
- Preferred: experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms.
- Preferred: familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workload orchestration, AI Gateway or LLM-serving infrastructure, networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns.
- Ability to use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully while applying engineering judgment to validate and productionize outcomes.
