Responsibilities
- Build internal and first-party applications on top of Tempo for agents and human users.
- Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into their payment systems.
- Develop deep knowledge of the Tempo blockchain and its product surface area.
- Navigate unfamiliar codebases and organizations to ship products quickly.
- Bring customer and field learnings back to improve the product, developer experience, and blockchain.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including 1+ year in crypto.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to travel within the US to work with partners when needed.
- Track record of shipping mission-critical systems where safety and reliability matter.
- Ability to balance speed, pragmatism, and technical quality.
- High motor, curiosity, open-mindedness, scrappiness, and willingness to roll up sleeves.
- Precise, concise, evidence-based communication and strong organizational and logistical skills.
