Base Salary
$275k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical outcomes for complex Deploy engagements or defined workstreams from discovery through production.
- Act as the primary technical contact for insurer integrations between Deploy and policy administration systems.
- Coordinate client IT teams, system integrators, external vendors, and Akur8 product teams while driving integration milestones.
- Inspect payloads and log files to isolate broken customer setups and escalate issues with a developed working theory.
- Lead technical discovery, integration architecture presentations, tailored demonstrations, and technical contributions to statements of work.
- Run bilingual workshops, design reviews, technical escalations, documentation, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Identify project risks and blockers, plan mitigation, and enable customer teams to operate Deploy autonomously.
- Create reusable integration patterns, configuration guides, and troubleshooting playbooks and provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Experience in project delivery, implementation management, or customer-facing technical roles sufficient to work independently on complex engagements.
- Insurance industry experience with strong knowledge of policy administration systems, rating, and insurance product workflows.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise IT integrations, including policy administration system integrations with rating or pricing engines.
- Technical fluency in APIs, JSON, and system design, with the ability to explain rating-engine behavior under customer configurations.
- Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders, including engineering and actuarial teams.
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Guidewire experience is a plus.
