Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for SFCC B2C Commerce projects.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance ecommerce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Review and govern technical designs, code quality, and implementation best practices.
- Drive integrations with third-party systems such as OMS, CRM, and Payment Gateways.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.
- Perform technical estimations, solution reviews, and risk assessments.
- Support production issue resolution, performance optimization, and platform stability initiatives.
- Mentor and guide developers and technical leads across projects.
- Ensure adherence to SFCC best practices, coding standards, and release governance.
- Participate in client discussions, architecture workshops, and technical roadmap planning.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware / SFCC B2C).
- Expertise in SFRA architecture, cartridges, controllers, ISML, OCAPI, SCAPI, hooks, and job frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and deployment processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure and serverless integrations.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and integration specifications.
- Good understanding of ecommerce concepts including catalog, checkout, and order management.
- Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
