Responsibilities
- Design and implement microfrontend architecture across payment products and services.
- Own frontend performance engineering, including Core Web Vitals, profiling, and bundle analysis.
- Build consumer-facing and merchant-facing payment journeys and secure payment-related user interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services using GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Implement real-time user experiences using Server-Sent Events and similar technologies.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle from requirements and specification through testing and release.
- Build and maintain frontend tooling, developer experience, and engineering workflows.
- Contribute to scalable, secure, event-driven, and cloud-native fintech solutions.
- Mentor other engineers and help shape technical standards and platform evolution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building modern frontend applications.
- Hands-on experience with React, Vue, or Angular and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and implementing microfrontend architectures.
- Experience building and maintaining automated end-to-end tests using Playwright or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, profiling, and bundle analysis.
- Practical experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, feature flags, and progressive delivery approaches.
- English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
- Additional qualifications include payments, fintech, or e-commerce experience; PCI DSS, CSP, and secure browser architecture knowledge; WCAG accessibility experience; backend development with Node.js, Java, Python, or C#; and experience building embeddable widgets or SDKs.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude to improve development efficiency and quality.
