Base Salary
$158k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship well-tested production code used by millions on systems that move real value.
- Own problems end to end, from requirements and design through release and operations.
- Collaborate with a small, senior engineering team and participate in rigorous code reviews.
- Work in person with the team at Uniswap Labs' New York headquarters.
Requirements
- Demonstrate evidence of excellence in an engineering or technical specialty, such as scaling systems, shipping products, building infrastructure, or developing contracts.
- Have strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and range; no specific technology stack is required.
- Show genuine excitement about crypto and DeFi; prior crypto experience is beneficial but not required.
- Be able to work from the New York office.

- Minimum full-time salary of $158,400–$259,000 depending on level, plus potential tokens and other compensation elements.
