Responsibilities
- Develop AI strategies and scalable AI frameworks aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions, architectures, applications, and system integrations.
- Oversee AI model deployment, monitoring, optimization, and algorithm refinement.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce clean, maintainable coding practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, product managers, and designers.
- Ensure solutions meet ethical AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
- Lead integration of front-end and back-end components and maintain system reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and career support.
- Guide technology selection, project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack and cloud technologies.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Expertise in AI/ML engineering, AI models, neural networks, vector embeddings, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic Layer A2A frameworks and MCP Protocol.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and experience with languages such as R, Java, or C++.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with Azure AI Search, Redis, Cosmos DB, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LlamaIndex, LangChain, NLP tools, and generative AI tools.
- Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with scalable microservices, ETL processes, data lakes, big data technologies, and model deployment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular is valuable.
- Experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, managing timelines, and enforcing coding standards.
- Knowledge of security, performance optimization, Agile and Scrum methodologies, and unit test frameworks.
- Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.
