Base Salary

$120k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sale customer success and support as the primary technical resource.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Drive renewals and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Build tooling, automation, systems, and playbooks to scale customer support.
  • Modify production code to fix bugs and build customer-focused features.
  • Run customer training sessions and create documentation that promote self-sufficiency.

Requirements

  • Startup experience in a customer-facing or technical role.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to read and troubleshoot production code, analyze code paths and database state, and inspect API requests and responses using infrastructure and browser developer tools.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to write code and build automation for scalable systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High agency and commercial awareness focused on retention, adoption, and expansion.
  • Early-stage startup experience is preferred.
  • Production coding or internal tooling and automation experience is preferred.
  • Experience owning renewals or commercial relationships is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT, security, service management, or workflow automation is preferred.
