Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and iterate AI Agent systems with planning, reasoning, tool calling, multi-turn dialogue, and memory capabilities.
- Build LLM-based Agent orchestration frameworks supporting task decomposition, ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a tool ecosystem integrating internal business systems, databases, search, and code sandboxes.
- Design long-term memory and context-management solutions using vector retrieval, RAG, KV Memory, and persistent conversation state.
- Build evaluation datasets and automated evaluation pipelines, analyze bad cases, and optimize agent performance.
- Collaborate with algorithm teams to apply SFT and RLHF fine-tuning to Agent use cases.
- Write technical design documents, participate in code reviews, and support maintainable, high-quality code.
- Research emerging technologies including Multi-Agent systems, Computer Use, and World Models, and validate prototypes.
