Responsibilities
- Participate in customer-facing sessions with Deployment Engineers to translate strategic objectives into use cases.
- Gather, organize, and validate data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Help direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and root causes.
- Assist with solution design, platform configuration, output validation, KPI tracking, and customer handover documentation.
Requirements
- Currently be a student in Technology Management, Business or Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable degree program with strong academic performance.
- Have knowledge of business intelligence, data analytics, and enterprise business processes.
- Have programming and database experience, with knowledge of SQL, Python, or related coding or database query languages.
- Have basic familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and interest in prompt or context engineering.
- Be interested in customer-facing work and demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrate initiative, independent working ability, and creative problem-solving.
- Be fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Be available full-time for at least five months.
