Responsibilities
- Define enterprise-wide integration architectures and solution designs for client engagements, proposals, and major change requests.
- Provide technical leadership for the design, development, implementation, assurance, and troubleshooting of integration solutions.
- Analyze applications, data formats, connectivity requirements, technology environments, and client needs to establish integration frameworks.
- Document logical, deployment, and data architecture views, including integration patterns, standards, processes, and artifacts.
- Evaluate integration products and solutions, identify risks and tradeoffs, and recommend target-state architectures.
- Enable delivery teams through integration frameworks, metrics, risk mitigation plans, quality assurance, and technical support.
- Support pre-sales presentations, client requirements coordination, solution demonstrations, and trusted-advisor engagement.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and points of view on digital integration.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to interviews, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with IBM WebSphere ESB.
- Experience defining and assuring enterprise integration architectures and solutions.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, perform architectural root-cause analysis, and manage integration risks.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, consulting, program/project, client, product, and technology teams.
- Ability to mentor technical team members and contribute to thought leadership, pre-sales, and practice development.
