Responsibilities
- Act as a technical thought partner to Anthropic’s GTM partnerships team and embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams.
- Enable partner AI practices, support troubleshooting, evangelize Anthropic in developer communities, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with partners to identify industry-specific GenAI applications and develop joint solutions, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Provide solution architecture guidance and deep technical expertise to unblock strategic customer deals.
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, summits, conferences, workshops, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions.
- Gather and communicate partner feedback on Anthropic products, offerings, use cases, and deployment patterns to inform product and partner strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Demonstrated success partnering with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from solution design through customer delivery.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to C-suite executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills, including translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
