Base Salary
$115k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom NetSuite SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 scripts and workflows.
- Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems using SuiteTalk web services and RESTlet frameworks.
- Improve existing 3PL integrations and maintain APIs with guidance from peers.
- Deploy development work across multiple environments according to established guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews focused on SuiteScript standards and mentor junior developers on script optimization.
- Stay current with NetSuite updates and industry best practices.
- Document technical specifications and system designs for new functionality and bug fixes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience as a NetSuite Developer with demonstrated SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 expertise.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, CRM, and financial modules.
- Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, SQL, and FreeMarker templates.
- Familiarity with JSON formats and data exchange mechanisms is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub or GitLab is preferred.
- Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework or Salto is preferred.
- Understanding of operations and finance processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Revenue Recognition, and Inventory Management is preferred.
- Experience in education or ed-tech is preferred, along with the ability to collaborate, prioritize tasks, and maintain high-quality work.
