Responsibilities
- Build and design production features in Rails, TypeScript, and React.
- Develop serverless/edge APIs and jobs on AWS.
- Model data and optimize Postgres queries.
- Write with accessibility and testing in mind.
- Participate in code reviews and CI/CD management.
- Collaborate with Product/Design and contribute to technical direction.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Knowledge of AWS for serverless and edge patterns.
- Familiarity with SQL, including schema design and query tuning.
- Experience with Rails, including RESTful APIs and ActiveRecord.
- Strong testing discipline and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a bias for shipping.
