Responsibilities
- Operationalize and support strategic ML models and agentic AI solutions in production.
- Research, implement, maintain, document, and train teams on AI tools, frameworks, platforms, and ML DevOps processes.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot agentic custom connectors, custom actions, and integrations.
- Create and maintain production, staging, QA, and development environments.
- Create and operationalize quality-assurance processes for ML models.
- Own cloud security compliance, monitor and optimize cloud spend, and improve deployment and change-control processes.
- Build and maintain scalable AI solutions, ML pipelines, APIs, endpoints, and GCP-based infrastructure.
- Mentor team members and lead technology and best-practice adoption.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is stated as the minimum requirement; the qualifications section also specifies at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or data science, with 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong Python development skills and strong familiarity with GCP and Vertex AI.
- Experience with traditional ML pipelines, cloud engineering, APIs, endpoints, and orchestration frameworks such as Airflow in GCP environments.
- Experience integrating third-party products including Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, OneTrust, and Workday with GCP pipelines.
- Experience with agentic AI platforms, preferably Glean, and communication protocols such as MCP.
- Ability to create production-ready solutions, address risk and FMEA, and mentor others or lead technology practices.
