Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for Java backend applications.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support Spring and Spring Boot services running on AWS.
- Use Git, branching, and pull request workflows.
- Work with integrations such as SAP or ERP and e-commerce-related platforms when applicable.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Experience with Java backend development or support.
- Experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
- Experience with AWS.
- Experience providing L3 support.
- Experience with Git, branching, and pull requests.
- C1-level English.
- Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis is desirable.
- Experience with SAP or ERP integrations is desirable.
- Experience in e-commerce, order-to-cash, subscriptions, licensing, or B2B e-commerce platforms is desirable.
