Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom SAP software components and applications.
- Perform S/4 ABAP development and hands-on coding on SAP FICA objects.
- Analyze and resolve medium-to-complex FICA issues through debugging and process knowledge.
- Work with FICA processes including payment posting, accounting, write-offs, returns, installment plans, and dunning.
- Develop and support RICEFW objects and resolve user issues during daily operational activities.
- Log defects using HPQC and provide SAP FICA and ISU ABAP support.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICA and ABAP development.
- Knowledge of S/4 ABAP, ISU ABAP, and SAP FICA processes.
- Experience debugging and resolving medium-to-complex FICA issues.
- Experience with FICA objects, RICEFW objects, and HPQC defect logging.
- SAP ISU billing knowledge is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation, decision-making, flexibility, and pressure-management skills.
