Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end software and systems from vision through production readiness.
- Identify system improvements and apply architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure solutions account for current architecture, operating environments, and future enhancements.
- Help clients address difficult technical challenges in a fast-paced development environment.
- Complete the required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software programming with object-oriented languages, including Java and Kotlin.
- At least 2 years of experience with the Tactical Assault Kit ecosystem.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred experience includes TAK Server plugins, ATAK SDK development, native Android applications, Android UI/memory/concurrency profiling, Android distributions and SDKs, Mission Data Packages, Geo Servers, SQLite, cellular and wireless technologies, WinTAK, and TAK X.

- The projected annualized compensation range is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 USD.
- Work-model expectations may include occasional work at a Booz Allen or customer facility for remote positions, facility work for hybrid positions, or primarily full-time customer-facility work for onsite positions.
