Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish development standards and best practices for software quality and delivery efficiency.
- Make technical and team decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their professional and technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and resolve challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect and knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and enterprise integrations.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed software design and implementation decisions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on practical and innovative solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
