Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive revenue.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment.
- Collaborate with enterprises and startups to build transformative AI solutions.
- Guide the evolution of Sierra's platform based on customer feedback.
- Experiment with the latest AI technologies and integrate them at scale.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
- A builder's mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles creatively.
- Comfort in working directly with customers to solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience with AI/LLM systems in production is preferred.
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is a plus.
