Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation for CDR sub-towers and other AI Security initiatives.
- Coordinate with sub-tower leaders on roadmap priorities and work closely with their teams.
- Participate in peer review of other engineers’ designs and receive reviews of personal designs.
- Contribute learnings, patterns, tools, and reusable components to the CDR AI Security team.
- Follow threat-modeling, secure-development, reference-architecture, and shared engineering standards.
- Deploy multiple production AI Security capabilities used by various sub-towers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML product development, including familiarity with LLMs, agents, RAG, or automation frameworks.
- Solid engineering fundamentals in authentication, data handling, error handling, and secure coding.
- Willingness to partner daily with CDR sub-towers and learn cybersecurity workflow domains deeply.
- Comfort with peer review culture, shared standards, and architectural review.
